A commitment to sustainability is one of the things that has led to the success of the Lodge according to our 22 new homeowners. And it’s much more than just our pursuit of LEED Gold Certification (which ensures the Lodge is energy and water efficient) that has resonated.
The walkability of our location and easy access to public transportation and community bike sharing program means you can leave your car parked at home or easily get around without one. And speaking of parking, if you have an electric vehicle, we’ve reserved four EV parking spaces to recharge.
And we’re going above and beyond. Above, we will have solar panels on the roof. And beyond, the spa pool will use saline to cut down on chemicals, and the landscaping is water efficient. The Lodge itself will have high-efficiency insulation and glazing, energy-efficient lighting, local and recycled materials, and Energy Star® appliances, so it’s both comfortable and efficient.
Our neighbor the Westin is also taking their sustainability commitment to the next level. Learn more about their effort to become Ski Country’s most sustainable hotel including eliminating all single-use plastic water and soda bottles by May 1st.
We think this all makes the Lodge the perfect package.
